Members are able to choose from 11 carefully selected and positioned floor plans situated across 4 floors of cooperative living. The main floor boasts roughly 6,150 square feet of amenities indoors and nearly 2,000 square feet of outdoor living spaces.
Virtual Walk Through
These indoor and outdoor living spaces act as an extension to a member’s private residence, providing a blend of larger and more intimate spaces to enjoy life by the lake. Inside the member’s private residence are 4 distinctly appointed aesthetic collections designed to provide a variety of complementary finish selections within each collection, allowing each private residence the ability to reflect the taste and personal touch of each owner. Additionally, there are 10 boat slips exclusively available to Artessa Cooperative members located adjacent to the community in Lost Lake Marina on Lake Minnetonka!
