If Prospective Member does not wish to retain this reservation priority, the Reservation Fee is FULLY refundable upon\nwritten notice to the Cooperative. Prospective Member understands that this reservation does not provide any assurances to Prospective\nMember that a membership will be available for purchase, and Prospective Member understands that it is likely that there will be more reservations\nthan there are memberships available for purchase. The Reservation Fee will be applied against the initial down payment if the parties sign a\nsubscription agreement for membership in the Cooperative.
