We offer 52 thoughtfully designed, one-level floor plans in residences ranging from 1,172 to 1,868 SF in the main community, with an additional 6 villa-style townhomes at approximately 1,700 SF. All members have access to vast community amenities that serve as an extension of the home. Charter members can also personalize their residences and select from a collection of designer-inspired finish options and features.
