Our Company
Artessa Development is an affiliate of Lifestyle Communities, LLC and Lifestyle Cooperative Management. We are a passionate group of professionals that has been developing, financing and managing cooperative communities under a variety of cooperative brands throughout the Midwest and beyond for more than 50 years — and we do it all in house.
