The first step is to reserve your residence. Remember, the earlier you buy in, the more membership perks you’ll get!

Once you’re ready to move forward, you’ll meet with an Artessa representative to complete a reservation agreement. This allows you priority to select the residence of your choice without a big financial and emotional commitment. The reservation fee is $1,000 and is fully refundable if you decide not to move forward, or it will be applied to your future purchase.
