Reservation Terms Prospective Member hereby deposits $1,000 (the “Reservation Fee”) on: Date(Required) MM slash DD slash YYYY to establish the order of unit selection and membership application in the Cooperative, subject to availability. Prospective Member understands that this Reservation Form and the Reservation Number below establish the order in which the Cooperative will consider applications for membership. It is NOT an agreement on Prospective Member’s part to complete all membership requirements, nor is it an offer to sell any particular membership in the cooperative to Prospective Member. If Prospective Member does not wish to retain this reservation priority, the Reservation Fee is FULLY refundable upon written notice to the Cooperative. Prospective Member understands that this reservation does not provide any assurances to Prospective Member that a membership will be available for purchase, and Prospective Member understands that it is likely that there will be more reservations than there are memberships available for purchase. The Reservation Fee will be applied against the initial down payment if the parties sign a subscription agreement for membership in the Cooperative.
