For over 12 years, Kelli has been intimately involved in interior design, focusing on multi-family housing, senior living, sustainability, and wellness design. Her tenure with a reputable firm in Minneapolis has been Kelli’s prologue. She has been instrumental in inspiring many award-winning communities and was the lead interior designer for many cooperatives developed by Lifestyle Communities and affiliate Artessa Development.

CONSTRUCTION
Your Artessa cooperative is being built.
Typically this is a 13-15 month construction
period from start to finish.

ARTESSA QUALITY CONTROL
Members will have 3-4 walkthroughs for quality control
measures prior to occupancy.

MOVE-IN
Members will coordinate their move
with Artessa’s move-in
specialists to ensure a smooth
