A Note from Our Co-Op Design Expert

Artessa’s acclaimed Director of Design, Kelli Kruschke, is passionate about creating dynamic housing environments where people and purpose come first. Specializing in multifamily, senior living, sustainability and wellness for more than a decade, she intentionally shapes communities that prioritize resident well-being through design solutions that seamlessly blend both functionality and aesthetics.

Kelli is well recognized in the real estate industry and has earned several project design awards, including our parent company Lifestyle Communities’ very own Zvago Glen Lake, Zvago St. Anthony Park and Zvago Lake Superior.

Members will have 3-4 walkthroughs for quality control
measures prior to occupancy.

MOVE-IN

Members will coordinate their move
with Artessa’s move-in
specialists to ensure a smooth
