As we complete the entitlement process for this newest community, we are gathering names of interested parties. We anticipate opening the home reservation process in early 2026.
- Join the VIP List to express interest so you will be the first to be notified when we are taking home reservations.
- Once we announce reservations are open, place your deposit of $1,000 to hold your space in this new community. Reservations are limited and first come, first served.
- Soon after we will unveil site plans, floor plans, and amenity spaces. We will then take subscriptions and make unit selections. At the time of subscription, you will pay the $4,000 subscription deposit.
- When we have sold 60% of the community, we will be able to begin construction on the newest Artessa Living!
