Artessa Living’s cooperative lifestyle featured on KSTP

Artessa Canterbury Crossing, a proposed Shakopee housing cooperative, is accepting reservations.
The development plans to have 56 housing units available for people ages 62 and older.
The co-op plans to offer amenity spaces like a club room, business center, fitness and yoga studio, a car and pet wash, outdoor pickleball court and underground climate-controlled parking.
Artessa Canterbury Crossing is expected to open in fall 2023. Its location will be at the intersection of Shenandoah Drive and Schenian Street in Shakopee.
